The "Original" Regular Wall Jar by Parkway is our most popular and well-known plastic jar style. Available in over 50 different sizes, its heavy wall construction is suitable for use with automatic filling and capping machines making it a great choice for a variety of different consumer, medical, educational and industrial uses. It is also slightly less expensive than our Cosmetic Thick Wall Jars and so it is frequently used by small cosmetic companies and start ups who are looking to test out their products in the market. The jars' straight sides allow for a large printing and decorating area and the bead around the top of the jar, just under the thread, helps to protect the printed side walls of the container during shipping. This bead also helps secure a tamper evident shrink band, when one is used. This jar is stocked in crystal clear polystyrene, natural polypropylene, and white polypropylene.
Our "Solid" Thick Wall Jar line is very popular with the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Not to be confused with the lighter, more fragile double wall jars available elsewhere, this line of jars has a solid feel whether full or empty conveying an unique sense of quality to the consumer. Due to the line's solid single wall construction, it is impossible for the jars to come apart during printing, filling, packaging, assembly, shipping or end use. In addition, the thicker side walls can help reduce product loss or weight loss by a factor of 10 in cases where evaporation or drying out is a problem. This jar is also stocked in crystal clear polystyrene, natural polypropylene, and white polypropylene. |
